·                  Russia

 

For the World Bank, assisted a team of legal experts to analyze the technical aspects of the Judicial Reform Project in Moscow.  Evaluated legal information systems in Russia and provided recommendations on the implementation approach for the legal information component.  This component is a $100 million initiative by the Government of Russia, funded by the World Bank. 

 

 

·                  Ukraine

 

For USAID, evaluated the Electronic Interbank Payment System of the National Bank of Ukraine to identify critical information components to maintain the current system operational.  The assessment included five key system components: functionality, security, communications, hardware, and support software.  

 

            Evaluated the Subsidy Program and identified information technology resources to facilitate the implementation of policies by local subsidy offices and to monitor their impact.

 

 

·               Armenia

 

For USAID, evaluated the Payment System of the Central Bank of Armenia and assessed the telecommunications infrastructure to implement an Electronic Interbank Payment System.  Assisted the Project in defining Statements of Work to support implementation of the proposed telecommunications solution.

 

 

·               Georgia

 

For USAID, conducted security assessment of information technology infrastructure of the National Bank of Georgia.  Identified vulnerabilities and actions to eliminate them in physical, technical, and management areas.
