Provided Quality Assurance for the USAID Cost Recovery project and supported the implementation of IT initiatives at the Health Insurance Organization, the Curative Care Organization, and the Ministry of Health with procurement of IT resources and services.

Developed and conducted an Information Strategic Planning seminar for the Health Insurance Organization (HIO) and Cairo Curative Organization (CCO).

· Honduras

Evaluated the information technology strategy to support the Primary Education Efficiency Project. Suggested improvements to the Education Information System and assisted project management in contracting such improvements through local software integrators. Provided continued evaluation and monitoring of the implementation and associated deliverables.

Conducted an assessment of information technology initiatives at the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Agriculture.

Provides Quality Assurance of deliverables and support the implementation of the Administrative and financial system at the Ministry of Health, a USAID initiative.

• El Salvador

Conducted an assessment of the Ministry of Education's information technology infrastructure and provided the USAID-funded project team with specific recommendations to support the IT implementation. Defined an action plan and deliverables to assist the Ministry in the pre-implementation and post-implementation of IT initiatives.
